DTC is a great design and build GC. They provide a project management time line/ schedule so you know when each phase will be completed. Their team has a great ability to customize any part of the project. I asked them to make multiple changes while on site and he was able to incorporate my ideas. All of the DTC employees and sub contractors are professional and work together as a coordinated team. It was a good experience and everything came out exactly the way I wanted it to. Fantastic!
